About the role
Your role will be to manage the delivery of Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services across HIOWC. To promote and maintain the health and safety of our workforce, implement effective occupational health programmes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a culture of well-being across the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership and clinical supervision for the team of Occupational Health professionals, including Occupational Health Advisors, Mental Health Nurses, and technicians.
- Undertake complex/critical clinical casework.
- Write, manage, and update occupational health policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with People Services, Health & Safety, managers, and others to implement proactive measures for workplace health and injury reduction.
- Attend and represent HIOWC at a national and regional level.
