Job Purpose:
Ensure proper functioning of the duty planning system, manage faults, support system aspects, and oversee shift pattern creation and flexible working applications. Responsible for verifying overtime claims to ensure financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert in resource management, legislation, policies, and be a Super User of the duty management system, including reporting and auditing.
- Conduct regular system audits for compliance and address any issues.
- Liaise with support teams for system updates, testing, and implementation.
- Monitor resource management and roster creation in line with legislation and policies.
- Support users and ensure compliance with operational and data protection standards.
