2 month handover period (with 16hr weekly approx during handover) 25 hours/week. Salary dependent on experience.
Responsible for:
- Day-to-day use of Quickbooks
- Review and verification of invoices
- Raising invoices and tracking prompt payment
- Filing documents/invoices on digital system
- Monthly payroll/HR
- Payment of bills/payroll
- Reconciliation
- End of year accounts
- Preparation of budgets and management reports
- Support with Fundraising and Grant Budget projections and calculations
