Role overview:
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to take your administrative career to the next level? We are seeking a Production Administrator to support our dynamic Production Management team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and efficiency within our manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- T & A System Administration: Maintain training records, upload documents, and provide weekly reports on employee performance evaluations.
- Recruitment & Leavers Administration: Conduct inductions for new starters, arrange interviews, and manage assessment centre activities.
- General Administration:
- Welcome visitors to the production department.
- Call in parts from suppliers and handle scrap administration.
- Prepare production reports and meeting notes.
- Manage production metrics, 5S administration, and TAKT time reporting.
How You Will Succeed:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
