The Role
Based at 11 Market Place, Bingham, Nottinghamshire NG13 8AR, you will cover Bingham, the surrounding villages, and the Vale of Belvoir.
- Client Liaison: Liaising with potential sellers and prospective buyers, and updating all parties throughout the process.
- Property Coordination: Arranging viewings and valuations, and conducting accompanied inspections.
- Sales Progression: Negotiating offers and managing sales through to exchange and completion.
- Business Growth: Maximising business opportunities, referring to Solicitors/Mortgage Brokers, and contributing to our Social Media content.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Ideally 2+ years of Estate Agency experience, though we are willing to train the right person to our high standards.
- Skills: Excellent communication, a professional telephone manner, strong negotiation skills, and high attention to detail.
- Mindset: A true team player who understands that success comes from working together.
- Essentials: You must have your own car and a valid Driving Licence (mileage paid for business travel).
Working Hours
Full-time: 9:00am – 5:30pm (either 4 or 5 days a week). Saturdays: 9:00am – 2:00pm (on a 1 in 3 rota). 4 days per week will be considered for the right candidate.
