The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious, resilient, and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Having already spent at least two years mastering the recruitment lifecycle, you will be given the autonomy to manage a full 360-degree desk. You’ll leverage our existing database while proactively hunting for new market opportunities to build your own legacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and win new business through strategic outreach, networking, and speculative approaches.
- Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our internal CRM.
- Account Management: Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure we are their "first port of call."
- End-to-End Management: Manage the full interview process—from initial screening and CV formatting to final offer negotiation and post-placement care.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years within a 360 agency recruitment role is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be as comfortable delivering a pitch as you are negotiating a complex offer.
