Role Overview
Joining the IT & Digital Service division, you will lead the Digital & Technology workstream within our Asset Transformation Programme. You will modernise our Catford estate by delivering desktop upgrades, hybrid meeting solutions, high-speed connectivity, and smart access controls.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Manage projects from requirements gathering and procurement to installation and rollout.
- Governance & Planning: Utilise PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies to maintain robust project plans, risk registers, and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and senior leaders to ensure user-centric solutions.
- Reporting: Provide clear progress updates and data-driven insights to Programme Boards.
- Change Leadership: Champion innovation and support staff through digital and behavioural shifts.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record of managing complex IT projects in large organisations.
- Technical Savvy: Experience with hybrid workplace tech (Wi-fi, digital signage, booking systems) and tools like MS Project or Visio.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate strategic goals into business cases and navigate complex problem-solving.
- Leadership: Skilled at motivating teams, managing supplier performance, and challenging senior stakeholders constructively.
