We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead and coordinate a critical transition within the financial operations. This role will focus on managing the switch of payment disbursements from the main bank account to a dedicated pensions bank account. The successful person will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Payroll, Pensions, and HR, to ensure a smooth and risk-free transition while leveraging Oracle Cloud functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, own, and manage a detailed project plan that outlines key milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Ensure effective tracking and reporting of progress to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams across Finance, HR, Payroll, and Pensions to gather requirements, align on processes, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct a thorough analysis and mapping of current payment processes. Identify any changes required to support payments from a different bank account while maintaining existing controls and compliance.
- Bank Account Transition: Oversee the technical and operational aspects of switching the source of payments within Oracle Cloud from the primary bank account to the pensions bank account, ensuring no disruption to service.
