Role Overview
Working directly with the Director of Organisational Capability, you will design an ambitious enterprise-wide strategy to uplift AI and data literacy. This is a purely strategic role focused on creating the blueprint for foundational, functional, and technical learning pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Blueprinting: Develop a multi-tiered capability framework (Foundational to Advanced) that aligns with future organisational needs.
- Pathway Design: Create tailored learning journeys for generalists, functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations), and technical specialists.
- Technical Upskilling: Strategise deeper development routes, including professional certifications and the effective use of Apprenticeship Levy funding.
- Horizon Scanning: Research emerging AI trends to advise on the skills required over the next 3–5 years.
- Stakeholder Influence: Provide high-level strategic advice to senior leaders, ensuring the learning strategy supports the wider digital agenda.
Your Experience
- L&D Strategy: Extensive background in organisational development or talent management at a senior level.
- Digital Transformation: Proven success in designing enterprise-level data, digital, or AI capability strategies.
- Subject Expertise: A strong grasp of AI fundamentals, ethical use, and data literacy.
- Framework Building: Expertise in creating structured learning pathways and competency frameworks.
