Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Lead end‑to‑end creative concepting, art direction, and design across campaigns, shoots, and creative briefs, delivering visually compelling, diverse, and on‑brand content that reinforces NET‑A‑PORTER’s luxury positioning while operating within budget.
- Develop integrated 360° creative solutions across digital, social, editorial, CRM, media, onsite, and app channels, tailoring content to platform‑specific audiences and best practices to maximise engagement, reach, and commercial performance.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Brand Partnerships, Fashion, Editorial, Content, Marketing, Social, Paid Media, UX, CRM, Trading, Production, and Project Management teams to create concepts that meet commercial and partner objectives while maintaining NET‑A‑PORTER’s visual identity and creative standards.
- Drive innovation across creative and video output, collaborating closely with the Head of Video and external creative partners to deliver richer, multi‑format storytelling experiences across organic and paid channels.
- Shape and evolve NET‑A‑PORTER’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints, including institutional branding, campaign storytelling, onsite experiences, social content, and brand partner activations.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing creative team and external network, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, performance management, development opportunities, and succession planning, while cultivating relationships with photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, designers, agencies, and emerging creative talent.
- Oversee creative operations and champion creative excellence, managing project planning, resource allocation, quality control, and delivery timelines while staying ahead of cultural, fashion, design, art, media, gaming, technology, and digital trends to continuously push creative boundaries.
The type of person we are looking for:
- Extensive experience leading end‑to‑end creative development within luxury fashion e‑commerce, with a proven ability to concept, create and direct photography, design, video and motion content from ideation through execution.
- Highly skilled across design, typography, video, motion and digital creative production, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Deep knowledge of women’s luxury fashion and multi‑brand retail environments, with a strong understanding of the creative, commercial and customer dynamics that drive premium e‑commerce experiences.
- Demonstrated experience working within global brands and international markets, with the ability to adapt creative strategies and executions to diverse audiences and regional needs.
- Strong industry network and established relationships with photographers, directors, stylists, videographers and other creative partners, enabling access to exceptional talent and creative collaboration opportunities.
- Proven people leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and developing design teams, providing clear direction and feedback, and communicating effectively through verbal, visual and written channels.
- Track record of delivering high‑quality digital and social‑first creative campaigns, spanning 360° campaigns, special projects, paid and organic media, while remaining highly organised, detail‑oriented, collaborative and solutions‑focused, with the ability to build trust, inspire teams and foster a positive creative culture.
