About The Role

The role of Senior Capital Programme Delivery Manager is an exciting opportunity to provide programme management of the Council's Capital Projects delivery team covering the delivery of a wide portfolio of complex and exciting capital transport and public realm improvement place shaping projects ranging in value up to £10 million.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, project/programme management, commissioning, budgetary and forecasting expertise to the delivery team during all stages of project development and engineering to ensure successful design and delivery of traffic, transport, and public realm schemes.

It is essential that applicants can demonstrate a successful track record of management experience covering Highways, Transport, Traffic and Public Realm delivery, comprehensive knowledge and experience of programme and project management in delivering technically complex public realm and climate change infrastructure delivery, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
