The role is part of the Private Sector Housing Service, responsible for investigating complaints of poor housing conditions, unlicensed properties, conducting property inspections, and undertaking enforcement action where necessary. This includes working closely with landlords and residents to improve housing outcomes across the borough, while maintaining high standards of customer care and communication.
Responsibilities:
