Hammersmith & Fulham Council is seeking a paediatric occupational therapist to join the Special Educational Needs OT team, delivering services across schools in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. You will support children and young people with developmental, physical, social, communication and other challenges through direct and indirect interventions to help meet the outcomes outlined in EHCPs, working with school staff to enhance school-led support and providing training for teachers.
