We’re on the lookout for a Neighbourhoods & Communities Coordinator to help keep our neighbourhoods thriving, connected and running like clockwork. This is more than an admin role — you’ll be the engine behind great services, helping teams deliver outstanding support to residents every single day.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:
- Keeping things moving behind the scenes.
- Organising estate inspections, home visits, and resident check-ins.
- Supporting the team with admin, projects, and coordination.
- Helping new tenants settle in with viewings and sign-ups.
- Answering enquiries and providing a welcoming, helpful reception experience.
- Producing reports and tracking performance to help the team improve.
- Making sure systems are updated and processes stay on track.
- Supporting tenant and resident associations.
- Helping organise events, estate surgeries, and community initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who loves working with people and delivering great customer service who can thrive in a busy environment. You will bring:
- The ability to remain calm, organised, and adaptable under pressure.
- Strong administrative and IT skills (including experience with tools such as Pivot Tables).
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
