Hammersmith & Fulham Council is seeking a Head of Asset Management & Compliance to lead a pivotal service within the Housing and Neighbourhoods department. You will drive the asset management strategy, lead stock condition surveys, investment opportunities and forecasting to ensure delivery of high-quality housing services.
You will combine strategic leadership with a focus on performance, value for money and resident satisfaction, working with Members, residents, contractors and partners.
