Adult Social Care in Hammersmith & Fulham is the place to be. We are at an exciting turning point. Our new Adult Social Care strategy sets a bold direction, championing creativity, autonomy, and truly person-led practice. You will be Social Work England registered, bring strong post-qualifying experience, and be confident working across complex statutory responsibilities including safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act practice, Care Act assessments and strengths-based planning. This is a place where your professional expertise is trusted and valued. You’ll work in well-supported teams with reflective supervision, manageable caseloads and a culture encouraging respectful challenge and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Recognised Social work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or approved equivalent, BA Hons Social Work or other relevant degree in Social Work)
