About The Role

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to support the statutory framework for private rented sector regulation.
- Lead complex casework and enforcement actions, ensuring consistent application of policy and legislation.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct quality assurance of regulatory activities.
- Contribute to policy development, system improvements and service redesign initiatives.
