Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to support the statutory framework for private rented sector regulation.
  • Lead complex casework and enforcement actions, ensuring consistent application of policy and legislation.
  • Mentor junior staff and conduct quality assurance of regulatory activities.
  • Contribute to policy development, system improvements and service redesign initiatives.
