As part of an expanded, dynamic and high‐performing team, you will play a critical role in investigating housing conditions, taking enforcement action, and working with landlords and residents to improve outcomes across the borough.
Role Duties
- Core work around the investigation of complaints of poor housing conditions
- Unlicensed properties
- Property inspections
- Undertaking enforcement action as necessary
High standards of customer care and communication, together with an emphasis on effective collaboration, are required.
Role Specific Qualifications
- A formal qualification in Environmental Health, Building Surveying, Construction, or a similar field.
