Weâre excited to welcome a passionate Occupational Therapist to our Adult Social Care team. In this role, youâll play an active part in our Occupational Therapy service, by proactively managing a varied clinical caseload and supporting residents with complex needs. Youâll use a strengthsâbased approach to complete specialist assessments, to allow delivery of personâcentred interventions that promote independence, safety, and wellbeing.

You will have a professional qualification in Occupational Therapy and be currently registered with the HCPC.
