About The Role
We’re looking for an IT and Learning Support Officer to provide essential support across our Adult Learning & Skills Service. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll be at the heart of our digital and administrative operations, supporting both staff and learners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Input and maintain course data on our EBS system
- Provide admin support for accredited courses and learner interviews
- Conduct learner progression and destination surveys
- Maintain IT equipment and troubleshoot issues
- Deliver IT training and create user guides for staff
- Support online learning platforms and digital compliance
- Assist with enrolment, marketing events, and general admin
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification (or higher) in IT/Digital Skills or related field
- Strong IT and troubleshooting skills, ideally with EBS or similar systems
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience in adult education (desirable)
- A proactive team player with great customer service skills
- Aware of data protection and digital security
