Responsibilities
You will lead planning enforcement and licensing services, aligning delivery with Council priorities, budgets and transformation goals. You will oversee statutory functions, enforcement decisions, investigations and regulatory compliance, while deputising for senior leadership and ensuring effective, lawful service delivery.
Qualifications
Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) membership or equivalent experience.
