About The Role

Do you have hands‑on experience managing library ICT systems and infrastructure? Do you have expertise in library management systems (LMS) implementation and support? Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhance library services? Do you want to lead digital innovation?
You will manage all current and future ICT systems across our library service, including the library management system, self‑service kiosks and public network booking systems. Working as part of the Libraries Management Team, you will deliver high‑quality technology services aligned to customer needs while supporting library staff across five community library locations in West London. You will be responsible for ensuring systems are robust, secure, and meet the needs of both staff and the public.
Qualifications
Relevant experience managing library ICT systems and infrastructure, implementation and support of library management systems (LMS), and a passion for using technology to improve service delivery.
