As an Independent Living Assessor, you will be carrying out assessments and reviews for residents in the community who have care and support needs. You will be working in a strengths‑based way to maximise residents’ independence and wellbeing. We’re looking for experienced, values‑driven practitioners who are confident in strengths‑based practice and passionate about person‑led support. You’ll be part of a system that values professional judgement, enables flexibility, removes obstacles, and actively works to reduce inequalities in access and outcomes.
Role Specific Qualifications
- Recognised NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and Care Certificate training.
- The role holder must be willing to undertake this training if they do not already have this qualification.
