About the Role

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is focussed on improving early years education and childcare, and family support. The role is part of the Best Start in Life offer, supporting families, children and young people to access services through Best Start Family Hubs.

Your duties will include:

  • Supporting families to access a wide range of services including early years, school settings and post 16 services.
  • Working with partners to ensure families receive the right service at the right time.
  • Developing effective relationships with key partners within the Best Start Family Hubs network.
  • Leading and delivering parenting and home learning environment programmes.
  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children and vulnerable adults.

Qualifications

Applicants must have proven successful experience in early years education, childcare and/or family support roles.
