- Drive innovation and challenge the status quo to deliver sustainable, high-quality services.
- Work in partnership with colleagues, the Integrated Care Board, and the voluntary sector to design joined-up solutions.
- Use data, insight and engagement to inform bold decision-making and continuous improvement.
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity and is motivated by impact.
You will bring:
- Proven experience of leading large-scale commissioning and transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of public sector policy, legislation and system change.
- The ability to turn big-picture strategy into tangible, deliverable plans.
- Confidence in influencing across organisational boundaries and building strong partnerships.
- Resilience and creativity in challenging environments.
- A clear commitment to reducing inequalities and improving lives.
