Role Overview
Within the Economy department of Hammersmith & Fulham Council, we are looking for an experienced S106/CIL officer to join the Infrastructure Delivery Team. The role offers a unique opportunity to influence the council’s growth agenda and work closely with planning service colleagues and other council services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor progress on delivery of over £150m in planning contributions.
- Lead initiatives around the development and governance of the policy framework for development contributions and support its implementation following adoption.
- Work collaboratively with the Spatial Planning team, planning service, and other council departments to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- RTPI accredited postgraduate degree.
- Eligible for Membership of RTPI or RICS (Planning & Development).
- Evidence of relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
