The predicted salary is between 35160 - 35160 £ per year.

To work as a member of the Pastoral Team within the Sixth Form, to support the Head of Year (HoY) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) within the Academy.

You will play a key role in supporting students’ achievement, well-being and future aspirations, helping all students to develop the confidence, resilience and independence needed for real world success. Through strong relationships and effective pastoral support, you will help develop our culture of high standards and expectations, personal growth and achievement.

Overall Aims of the Role:

  • To contribute positively towards developing the Academy’s Sixth Form ethos, philosophy and ideology.
  • To work with students and families to maintain and enforce the highest standards and expectations for all students.
  • To ensure students take ownership of their learning, prioritise effectively and actively demonstrate independence.
  • To consistently hold students to account and intervene as required to ensure that all students achieve their future ambitions.
