Hammersmith Academy’s Sixth Form is seeking a dedicated Sixth Form Pastoral Support Officer to join the Pastoral Team. You will work with the Head of Year (HoY) and SLT to support students’ achievement, wellbeing and future ambitions, helping them develop confidence, resilience and independence.
