Contract: Fixed Term (1 year in the first instance), Term-time only (41 weeks)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Careers Co-ordinator to join our Ofsted-recognised team, delivering an excellent careers programme that helps students explore their futures and achieve their ambitions. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people from diverse backgrounds to access opportunities, build confidence, and make informed decisions about their next steps—whether that’s university, apprenticeships, or the world of work.
What you will be doing
- Co-ordinating 1:1 guidance to students at important decision-making points
- Supporting university (UCAS), apprenticeship, and job applications
- Organising careers events, employer talks, and trips
- Building relationships with employers, universities, and training providers
- Co-ordinating meaningful work experience opportunities
- Tracking student progress and helping identify where extra support is needed
