European Marketing Events + Lead Gen Executive
Role overview
- Coordinating and delivering high-impact marketing events across Hammers European offices. Manage European series of webinars.
- Running events, campaigns and lead generation activity that create qualified pipeline for sales and commercial teams.
- Working closely with vendors, sales, digital and local office stakeholders to plan, execute and report on activity across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Events and lead generation
- Plan and coordinate the European events calendar across offices, including briefings, roadshows, webinars, customer days, vendor activities and third-party events.
- Manage the event lifecycle from concept, planning and logistics through to delivery, follow-up and reporting.
- Build lead generation activity that supports business priorities and drives qualified leads into the business.
- Work with Sales and Commercial teams to understand target audiences, propositions and pipeline needs by region.
- Coordinate event invitations, landing pages, email activity, social promotion and follow-up workflows with Digital and Studio teams.
- Ensure leads are captured accurately, tracked and handed to Sales with clear ownership and follow-up actions.
- Monitor event ROI, attendance, lead quality and pipeline influence, using insight to improve future activity.
- Stakeholder, vendor and budget coordination
- Build strong relationships with European office teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to align activity with regional objectives.
- Support partner-funded plans and ensure activity is delivered within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Coordinate suppliers, venues, agencies, speakers, merchandise and event materials.
- Maintain accurate project plans, budgets, purchase orders, invoicing and post-event reporting.

Skills required
- Background/experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Events or related studies) or equivalent.
- Marketing, events or lead generation experience, preferably within IT Channel, B2B technology, distribution or agency environment.
- Proven experience coordinating events or campaigns from brief through to reporting.
- Experience working with sales teams to generate, capture and follow up leads.
- Experience managing suppliers, deadlines and budget tracking.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills across different teams and countries.
- Confident coordinating multiple events and lead generation activities at the same time.
- Good understanding of event logistics, registration, attendee management and post-event follow-up.
- Ability to use CRM, marketing automation and reporting tools to manage leads and measure performance.
