Our administration team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the business by providing efficient support to colleagues and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

As our Administration Assistant, you will provide essential office support, helping to ensure that daily operations run efficiently while delivering a professional experience for clients and colleagues.

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
  • Welcome clients and visitors, providing a professional first impression.
  • Process incoming and outgoing post, including banking cheques.
  • Prepare refreshments for clients and maintain reception and meeting areas.
  • Scan, file and manage documents accurately using our systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team to keep work flowing efficiently.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in delivering highquality work and is happy working as part of a busy office team.

  • Previous administration or office experience is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Professional, friendly and confident when dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Reliable, proactive and keen to learn and support the wider team.
