Senior Building Manager - Client Side - Central London - Grade A Commercial Trophy Building - Up to £75k + Excellent Package
My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Senior Building Manager for a stunning 200,000 Sq Ft multi tenanted commercial building in Central London.
As Senior Building Manager, you will deliver an exceptional FM service to corporate tenants on site, with a focus on industry leading customer experience, tenant engagement, ESG, CSR and projects whilst mentoring and being supported by an in house team as well as external service partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a senior building management role on a trophy asset, as well as a strong understanding of sustainable building practices.

Responsibilities
- Management of a best in class FM service provision to multiple tenants in this fantastic building.
- Oversight of Environmental and Sustainability initiatives across the building as well as CSR.
- Daily tenant liaison, forming close working relationships with tenants and clients on site.
- Service charge budget preparation, management and reconciliation of around £4 million per annum
- Implementation and management of sustainable building practices.
- Health & safety management.
- Hard and soft service contractor management.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 5 + years experience in a similar role with service charge budget experience.
- MIWFM (Desirable but not essential)
