HamiltonRowe Recruitment Services provides a pay range based on skills and experience. The role is for a Recruitment Consultant (All Levels) in the Facilities Management Sector, located at Fenchurch Street, London.
From the outset, we have been focused on offering the highest level of service possible to both our clients and candidates alike, whilst empowering our team to grow both as individuals and professionals. This has enabled us to build and work with a fantastic client base, ranging from National and International Managing Agents, Property Developers, and M&E Service Providers across London and the wider UK demographic.
Overview:
- A desk with national coverage - Not just your typical London-only based clients. You will have the opportunity to work with our nationwide clients and further develop the desk across the rest of the UK.
- The opportunity to grow your career - We have a clear vision for progression in this role. After initially getting underway with growing the temporary desk, we are looking for someone with the ambition of moving into a management role, growing out and leading their own team from the front.

What the role looks like:
- Developing existing clients, working to provide them with the very best facilities management candidates in the sector.
- Developing new clients through networking, business development, and sector mapping.
- Building a candidate database and keeping in touch with them through every stage of the job search process.
- Providing prompt feedback to both clients and candidates before, during, and after the interview process.
- Building upon the success of the permanent desk, the individual coming in will take ownership of a desk with a number of high-profile clients ready to work with.
