As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you'll carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across a variety of mechanical plant systems, trouble shoot / fault find, liaise with contractors, update site logbooks and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.Mechanical Shift Engineer Duties:PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenanceAHUsFCUsPumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals, Strip down.Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).Cooling TowersTap TemperaturesChilled Water SystemsPlumbingGeneratorsPressurisation units.Mechanical Shift Engineer Requirements:Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ (or equivalent)Building Services Maintenance experienceSalary and Package:50,000 + OvertimeContinental Shift Pattern20 days holidayCompany pension scheme Overtime available Training providedInternal progression Posted by Luke Clark
