We have a unique opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to work client side for a leading financial institution, based just outside of Liverpool Street Station, London. You will be joining a highly respected, long-standing business, receiving a generous salary and package, including a pension scheme of up to 14%, private health care, yearly bonus and more.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the engineering service partner on site, manage all logbooks and site documents, represent the client positively, set performance standards, and ensure all compliance and health & safety regulations are adhered to.
To be successful in the Maintenance Supervisor role, you must have experience working within a maintenance setting in commercial buildings along with a track record of leading and managing teams.
Maintenance Supervisor Duties:- Ensure all compliance and statutory documentation is kept up to date at a professional standard
- Oversee and issue Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) and Permits
- Act as the primary contact for the on-site client, maintaining a healthy and professional relationship
- Oversee service partner activities and ensure all works are up to relevant regulations
- Maintain site records and use the CAFM system for job tracking and reporting
- Oversee the daily engineering operations on site
- Oversee the service partners' management of the BMS system
- Prior experience in a similar role, leading/supervising service partners or subcontractors
- Managed log books, compliance and statutory documentation
- Excellent communication skills
- High calibre health & safety knowledge
- IOSH / NEBOSH - Desirable
- Up to £55,000 per annum
