Overview
As Technical Supervisor, you will oversee the safe operation and performance of building services on a trophy site in Mayfair. You’ll lead compliance with SLAs and KPIs while supervising MEP assets and ensuring high engineering standards. You’ll work closely with an established team, handling CAFM tasks, safety inspections, and incident reviews. This role offers clear progression in a client-facing, technically demanding environment with a respected facilities provider.

Responsibilities
- Support monthly engineering performance reporting
- Drive compliance with SLA and KPI targets
- Operate facility systems safely and efficiently
- Oversee MEP assets and building systems per statutory requirements
- Monitor CAFM performance and ensure timely task completion
- Escalate critical equipment issues with recommendations
- Conduct health & safety inspections, site audits and logbook reviews
- Manage critical incidents, near-miss reporting and post-incident reviews
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and engineering standards
- Review RAMS, competencies and relevant permits
- Identify and recommend opportunities for system and operational improvements
- Communicate and implement technical, statutory and legislative updates
Key requirements
- Formal Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent in Electrical Installations/Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial building services maintenance experience
- Strong technical understanding of commercial M&E infrastructure
