30th June, 2026Maintenance Supervisor London Victoria53,000 per annum A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established building services provider at a prestigious high-end residential development in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the on-site day engineering team.
Plan, oversee, and carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical building services.
Carry out plant isolations and maintain safe working practices at all times.
Ensure all repairs and remedial works are completed to the required compliance and quality standards.
Coordinate and manage specialist contractors and subcontractors on site.
Complete all required site documentation, including logbooks, RAMS, permits, and maintenance records.
Build strong working relationships with client representatives and attend regular site meetings.
Provide regular updates to the Account Manager on operational performance and site activities.
Use PDA and CMMS systems to raise, update, and close maintenance tasks.
Candidate Requirements Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installations (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL, or equivalent), with current wiring regulations knowledge.
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Victoria.
Previous experience working within high-end residential or luxury hotel environments is essential.
Demonstrated experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Electrical Supervisor role within building maintenance, projects, or installation.
Strong understanding of safe systems of work, including RAMS, permits to work, and method statements.
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.
Experience supervising commercial maintenance or project works.
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Salary & Benefits Salary up to 53,000 per annum.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
