Are you an Operational Management professional with experience overseeing the delivery of soft services, including catering, administration, compliance, and performance reporting for high-profile tenants within prime commercial buildings?
I am currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to deliver a 5* operational service to a portfolio of corporate tenants within one exceptional, state-of-the-art commercial building. Working closely with the wider site-based team, you will manage soft service and catering contractors, engage directly with occupiers, and take ownership of operational reporting, presentations, and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Management of soft service contractors on site, including cleaning, security, catering, landscaping, and administration
- Oversight of the on-site catering team, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with occupier expectations
- Acting as a key point of contact for tenants, ensuring a consistently delivered 5* FM service
- Monthly operational performance reporting and presentations to occupiers
- Events management and coordination
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
- Setting, managing, and reconciling a service charge budget in excess of £1 million
- Driving continuous improvement in service standards across the building
- Health & Safety management across the site
