Are you an experienced General Manager/ Senior Building Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity on a high profile multi tenanted commercial building in London?
My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of General Manager for a stunning 250,000 Sq Ft multi tenanted commercial building in Central London.
As General Manager, you will deliver an exceptional FM service to corporate tenants on site, with a focus on industry leading customer experience, tenant engagement, ESG, CSR and projects whilst mentoring and being supported by an in house team as well as external service partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a senior building management role on a trophy asset, as well as a strong understanding of sustainable building practices.
You will be joining a company that are specialists in providing exceptional Facilities Management to some of the UK’s finest privately owned commercial Real Estate.
- Support from a team of highly experienced FM professionals with years of experience in the delivery of best in class FM service provisions.
- Management of a best in class FM service provision to multiple tenants in this fantastic building.
- Management of a wider team of FM staff across the site.
- Oversight of Environmental and Sustainability initiatives across the building as well as CSR.
- Service charge budget preparation, management and reconciliation of around £4 million per annum.
- Implementation and management of sustainable building practices.
- Health & safety management.
- Hard and soft service contractor management.
The successful candidate will have 5 + years experience in a similar role with service charge budget experience. IOSH/ Nebosh certificate.
