Are you an experienced General Manager/ Senior Building Manager looking for a new, client direct opportunity? My client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of General Manager for a stunning 550,000 Sq Ft multi tenanted commercial building in Central London. As General Manager, you will deliver an exceptional FM service to corporate tenants on site, with a focus on industry leading customer experience, tenant engagement, ESG, CSR and projects whilst mentoring and being supported by an in house team as well as external service partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a senior building management role on a trophy asset, as well as a strong understanding of sustainable building practices.

- The successful candidate will have 5 + years experience in a similar role with service charge budget experience.
- MIWFM (Desirable but not essential)
- IOSH/ Nebosh certificate
