We’re seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to take full operational responsibility for a new, landmark mixed-use building in the heart of the City.

Comprising over 400,000 sq ft of premium office space, ground-floor retail, a public terrace, and multiple private terraces, this landmark asset represents one of London’s most exciting commercial destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing on-site team to deliver exceptional service standards to occupiers and visitors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial management including budgets, service charge, and cost control.
  • Drive ESG, sustainability, and wellness initiatives in line with the building’s premium positioning.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, health and safety, and environmental obligations.
  • Champion innovation, technology, and best-in-class operations to enhance occupier experience.

About You

  • Proven track record managing large-scale, mixed-use or high-profile commercial buildings (200,000 sq ft+).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experienced in managing complex service delivery during mobilisation and steady-state phases.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
  • Commercially astute with robust financial and operational understanding.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.
