We're looking for someone that wants to make a real difference to the world by solving real world problems. A love of learning new tech is essential to being a great software engineer and keeping up with the innovative work the industry has to offer. As a result, we'll give you 10 days of external training to spend how you wish such as subscriptions to learning sites, conferences or certifications. If you already have experience with these technologies, that is definitely a bonus. We're ideally looking for someone with really strong foundation knowledge or those with up to 3 years of experience.

Our Process
We like to keep things nice and simple! Therefore, we only have a two stage interview process. The first is a chat with our recruiter, Sarah, and the next is a 1.5 hour Teams call with the team. It's as easy as that! We believe organic conversation is the best way to find out about someone. After all, recruitment is a two-way process!
Due to the nature of the role, you must be a UK Citizen and have lived in the UK for the last 5 years. This role requires you to be SC cleared or could become SC cleared. The ideal candidate would also be willing to undergo a higher level clearance in the future, opening them up to even more exciting projects. The role is initially remote until the highest level clearance is gained, when it will be a requirement to visit customer sites in Cheltenham and / or Chippenham.
The salary for this role is £28-35k, depending on experience.
