Our Project Managers lead Hamilton’s facade projects which includes EWI, recladding, refurbishment and new build schemes from mobilisation to completion, ensuring safe, compliant, on-programme and commercially successful delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead project mobilisation, planning and delivery from pre-start to handover
- Develop and manage project programmes, resources and budgets
- Coordinate with Contracts Managers, Site Managers and support teams to achieve delivery targets
- Ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, building regulations and quality standards
- Chair client and internal progress meetings and provide regular reporting
- Manage project risks, issues and change control processes
- Monitor commercial performance with the QS team, reviewing valuations, variations and forecasts
- Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards are upheld at all times
- Manage subcontractor performance and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Oversee project documentation, handover packs and completion procedures
- Ensure any identified risks are escalated and continually reviewed and managed during contract periods
Experience:
- Experience managing facade, cladding or external envelope projects
- Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts and construction programmes
- Experience managing multiple sites and budgets simultaneously
- Commercial management and forecasting experience
