Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a not-for-profit organisation, who are recruiting for a Domestic Violence Administrator to work within one of their refuges. Two days a week will be required in their offices in Ossett, West Yorkshire, with the other day from home.
Responsibilities of the Womens Refuge Administrator:
- Building strong relationships with individuals and families affected by domestic violence
- Assisting IDVA's with caseload administration
- Completing funding forms
- Conducting refuge searches
- Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Maintaining confidential client records and databases
- Filing documents securely and in line with GDPR and safeguarding policies
- Preparing letters, reports, meeting minutes, and referrals
- Updating case management systems
