Coordinator: Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, customer services, supervisors and trades teams, responding to queries and coordinating communication.
Raise and process purchase orders, ensuring materials and equipment are ordered for timely delivery.
Process invoices accurately, ensuring coding and spend commitments match company procedures.
Coordinate planned works, ensuring materials are available for scheduled appointments.
Schedule and manage drivers for material deliveries and waste collections.
Manage van stock, tools, plant and equipment, including stock replenishment and accurate record keeping.
Carry out stock checks and stock takes, identifying surplus items and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
Monitor purchasing activity to ensure orders are accurate, cost-effective and deliver value for money.
