Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis in Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities
- Carry out a broad range of repairs and maintenance across both occupied and void properties.
- Diagnose faults accurately and aim to resolve issues on the first visit, ensuring all work is completed within target timescales and to a high standard.
- Undertake testing, surveys and inspections where required, providing clear and detailed reports for pre- and post-work approvals.
- Complete all digital work orders accurately and within required timeframes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support and deliver larger or more complex jobs.
Essential Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
