Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Electrician to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis in Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities of the Electrician:
- Carry out a range of electrical repairs across properties, including rewires, kitchen and bathroom upgrades and installation of emergency lighting and alarm systems.
- Undertake testing, surveys and inspections as required, providing clear reports for both pre- and post-work approvals.
- Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Participate in a 24-hour emergency call-out rota on a fair and structured basis.
- Complete all digital work orders accurately and within required timeframes.
Essential Experience of the Electrician:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 18th Edition and 2391 NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
- CSCS Card
