We are currently working on behalf of a public sector client to recruit to a Housing Officer on a Temporary basis in Swadlincote.
Responsibilities of the Housing Officer includes:
- Delivering an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcement
- Supporting the delivery of an effective income collection service where needed
- Dealing with elements of ASB
- Undertaking an effective lettings service where needed
- Ensuring neighbourhoods are safe and clean
Requirements of the Housing Officer includes:
