Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Handyman to join a housing association to carry out general maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete day to day repairs
  • Carry out damp and mould works
  • Carry out minor joinery and plumbing duties including repairing leaking taps
  • Undertake general maintenance and decorating including interior painting of walls, ceilings and woodwork
  • Carry out estate maintenance

Essential Experience:

  • Full clean UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check
