Supported Housing Manager £30,000- £31,000 per annum Permanent Bradford Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Manager to work within supported housing for a charity in Bradford. The role will require working flexibly, 35 hours a week between 9am-6:30pm Monday – Friday The post holder will manage a service that supports clients facing homelessness Responsibilities of the Supported Housing Manager: Ensuring effective management of the service Overseeing efficient collection of rent and monitoring of voids Taking appropriate and prompt steps to address problems in performance management Maintaining and developing service risk assessments, policies, and procedures Monitoring service standards and quality within the project and ensuring that staff are focused on key performance indicators Managing the projects\’ rotas to ensure the projects are adequately covered at all times Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, including health & safety Developing and maintaining links with key partners and external agencies Liaising with referral agencies to provide effective services and ensure effective inter-departmental communications Ensuring central areas of buildings are cleaned and maintained to a high standard Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations such as Health & Safety, Fire and other statutory regulations including implementation and adherence to the association\’s policies and procedures Requirements of the Supported Housing Manager: Previous experience managing or supervising staff within a similar environment Enhanced DBS To be considered for this exciting role, please contact Bethan Hall at Hamilton Woods on (phone number removed) or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing BH 4884.
